Diana Moak has been practicing as an attorney since 1996.  She joined her family firm in 1998 after working in litigation following law school and is now President of the firm.  Since joining Pugh Moak P.C., her practice has concentrated on probate and estate planning, special needs planning, trust and estate administration, corporate formation and succession planning, and real estate.  Diana is designated as an Accredited Estate Planner® by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC)

Although she no longer litigates matters, Diana is admitted to practice in Michigan State and Federal Courts and before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Diana is a certified ADR and Special Education Mediator and is a volunteer mediator for Wayne Mediation Center and Oakland Mediation Center.  She has participated in special education related mediations as a facilitator or mediator in over 20 school districts in Wayne and Oakland Counties.

Diana is on the Board of Directors for the Financial and Estate Planning Council of Metro Detroit, where she has been a member for over 10 years.  She is also on the Programming Committee.  She is a member of the Oakland County Bar Association and a past president of the Probate and Estates Committee.

Additionally, Diana is on the Board of Directors for Kids on the Go, is a member of her church’s All Abilities Inclusion Ministries (AAIM) and is a past president of Friends of Different Learners.

Diana graduated from Oakland University in 1993 (B.A. and B.S.) and from Wayne State University Law School in 1996.  She lives in Sylvan Lake, MI, with her husband, and has two adult children.
